TELE-POST has been surveying customer satisfaction in the private telecom market since 2004, and the first similar customer satisfaction survey was carried out at POST in 2007. TELE-POST intends to use its product and service development to maximise its knowledge of customer needs, and the customer satisfaction surveys are important for understanding customers.
TELE-POST has been conducting the surveys since 2007 on the basis of the EPSI model (European Performance Satisfaction Index), which was developed on the initiative of the European Commission.
The figure below shows the overall results for POST and TELE respectively in 2009 and for trends compared to the last survey (the trend compared to 2008 is shown in parentheses).
