Employee Satisfaction

The purpose of the employee satisfaction survey is to obtain employee assessments of their level of job satisfaction at TELEPOST. The survey helps to give TELE-POST a better basis on which to identify action areas in ongoing efforts to generate improvement.

In 2008, the survey was carried out on the basis of the EEI (European Employee Index) model.

The main results are broken down into a wide number of explanation variables, and the overall areas are shown in the figure below (the trend in relation to 2008 is indicated in parentheses).
